I work with investors too—analyzing cap rates, identifying value-add opportunities, and building portfolios across the Santa Clarita and San Fernando valleys—but there’s something especially rewarding about helping a family find their home. Watching a couple walk through a house and realize this is the one, or helping a growing family finally get the backyard and school district they’ve been dreaming about—that’s the part of this work I love the most.
I chose to focus on the Santa Clarita Valley and the San Fernando Valley because these are the communities I know and love. From the trails of Placerita Canyon to the shops along Ventura Blvd, I understand what makes each neighborhood unique—and that knowledge gives my clients a real advantage.
When I’m not showing homes or negotiating offers, you’ll probably find me elbow-deep in flour. I’m an obsessive sourdough baker who turned that passion into Grateful Bread SCV, my small-batch bakery right here in the valley.
